Complaints
If during studies with Financial Education Professionals, participants have any concerns, they are encouraged to contact Joan Street, Education Director, in the first instance. A copy of the Grievance Procedure is available on request.If following discussion with Financial Education Professionals, participants are hot happy with the service, they can contact the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB).

Financial Education Professionals Pty Ltd (ABN 51 096 944 062) (Financial Education) is a privately owned Australian company.Financial Education appreciates that privacy is very important to you. We have adopted the following Privacy Policy because we recognise your right to expect that other people will treat your personal information as private. This Privacy Policy covers Financial Education's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect or hold. Like many other organisations, Financial Education complies with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act when dealing with personal information.

We will provide you with access unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing such information.If you wish to change any personal information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, please contact us. After receiving notice from you, we will take reasonable steps to correct such information. If you wish to have your personal information removed from our records, please let us know and we will delete that information wherever practicable.
We may refuse your request to access, amend or delete your personal information in certain circumstances. If we do refuse your request, we will provide you with a reason for our decision and, in the case of amendment, we will include a note with your personal information that you have disputed its accuracy.
