Initial Nomination
For those who are being nominated to become esponsoble Managers FEP offers specialised consulting to provide assessment under Option 2, Option 3 or Option 5 of RG105. FEP also has specialised courses catering for Responsibe Managers who are located outside Australia.
We routinely work with Australia’s major law firms to help them in AFSL submissions on behalf of their clients. We are aware of the time constraints involved in such work and have successfully worked with our clients to meet their tight deadlines.

Continuing Education
FEP offers several solutions to help Responsible Managers meet their continuing education obligations under RG105. We offer a variety of self study or workshop options ranging from standardised to bespoke and tailored solutions to suit your needs and budgets.
