The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has published a speech by Deputy Chair Helen Rowell to the Governance and Risk Management Forum in Sydney.

In what is her final speech as APRA Deputy Chair before stepping down at the end of June, Mrs Rowell reflected on some of the most significant financial industry events she’s seen in more than two decades at APRA, and their consistent link to the issue of governance and risk management.
