Cyber security challenges and policy
Overview of Cyber security challenges and policy
Over recent years, there has been significant growth in the number and severity of cyber attacks around the world. The heightened risk of a cyber attack is recognised as a systemic and operational concern by local and international regulators. There are various approaches being adopted globally – some legislation driven and others voluntary – also incorporating safe and ethical use of AI.
As new technologies emerge, Australian businesses face a range of cyber risks, both external threats and internal vulnerabilities, that continue to evolve over time.
