Philip brings a unique blend of strategic insight and people-centred leadership to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Financial Education Professionals. With a background spanning finance, organisational psychology and executive leadership, he has spent his career helping organisations build capability, strengthen culture and deliver meaningful outcomes for the people they serve.
Before joining Financial Education Professionals, Philip held senior roles across consulting, corporate and operational environments, most recently as the National People & Culture Director at ASX-listed Acumentis Group. His work has consistently focused on empowering teams, refining systems and driving performance through innovation and disciplined execution.
Philip’s academic foundations—a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and a Senior Executive MBA—reflect his deep interest in how people learn, grow and adapt. Combined with extensive leadership experience across diverse sectors, this gives him a distinctive ability to balance strategic vision with a nuanced understanding of organisational behaviour.
Community leadership has long been integral to Philip’s approach. As Co-Founder and Chair of the ACNC-registered charity Ukraine Support Fund Australia, he plays an active role in supporting humanitarian initiatives and coordinating programs that strengthen community resilience. He has also chaired national and state organisations and developed leadership programs that nurture emerging talent—reinforcing his belief in the power of education to create positive, lasting change.
