A former litigation lawyer, financial adviser and senior ASIC staff member, David brings a unique perspective that combines regulatory insight with practical commercial experience.

Through Compliance One, David advises a diverse range of organisations including lenders, mortgage brokers, aggregators, lessors, alternative finance providers and industry associations. His firm is regularly appointed as an Independent Expert under ASIC Enforceable Undertakings and has played a significant role in some of Australia’s largest consumer remediation programs.

Known for his practical, plain-English approach, David focuses on helping Responsible Managers understand not only what the law requires, but how to apply those requirements effectively in day-to-day operations.
